Socal Concrete Cleaners LLC Terms & Conditions

Section I: Legally Binding Agreement

By doing business with or signing a contract with Socal Concrete Cleaners LLC, the customer signing a legally binding contract for work to be completed at a predetermined price. This also includes any kind of verbal agreements, agreements by email and agreements by text message. Socal Concrete Cleaners LLC reserves the right to charge a fee if the client breaks a contract within 24 hours of the scheduled date or if the customer fails to provide Socal Concrete Cleaners LLC with at least 48 hours notice of any cancellation or rescheduling request. A cancellation charge of $25.00 USD may be applied for residential customers. While a fee of $50.00 will be charged for a commercial property cancellation.  


Section II: Parking Access

The customer is responsible for providing Socal Concrete Cleaners LLC with adequate space for parking on or near the job site. If  a member of Socal Concrete Cleaners LLC arrives at a job and parking is not available and the job needs to be rescheduled the customer may become subject to a $25.00 fuel reimbursement fee. 


Section III. Water Usage

The customer agrees to provide Socal Concrete Cleaners LLC with the right to use an on-site water supply as needed to complete the job without compensation. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the water source is turned on and in working order before our team arrives. Additional charges will be applied if water is not accessible or available. 


Section IV: Electrical Usage

The client agrees to provide Socal Concrete Cleaners LLC the right to use any on-site source of electricity as needed without compensation. In the event a generator fails on the job the client agrees to allow our technicians access to a single or multiple electrical sources. 


Section V: Payment Terms

All payments are due upon receipt of an invoice. Full payment of any balance is due upon completion of a job unless other arrangements are arranged prior to the start of a project. Any variance to this policy must be agreed upon both verbally and in writing of some type. Payments to Socal Concrete Cleaners LLC are to be paid by cash, check, credit card, debit card, direct deposit or wire transfers. Additional late charges may be applied to invoices with an overdue balance. If the payment is not received within 30 days a late charge of $15.00 per day or 35% of the total balance due may be applied. The customer agrees to pay any new balance in full. If the payment goes over 200 days past due an additional surcharge of $5.00 per day will be applied to the total balance. The original invoice will become invalid and the new invoice will be due in total.


Section VI: Property Damages

Socal Concrete Cleaners LLC is not responsible for damages due to any defective or improperly installed siding, loose shingles or siding, broken or opened windows, improperly sealed windows and doors, wood rot, defective construction, improperly secured electrical wires, loose or improperly installed gutters, loose caulking, etc. 


Section VII: Service Warranties

All warranties are limited to conditions outlined in the service warranties section. Socal Concrete Cleaners LLC offers warranties for detailed work in each bid proposal. Socal Concrete Cleaners LLC will not be responsible for other services not listed inside the bid. Section VIII: Safety Procedures

Socal Concrete Cleaners LLC will be responsible for supplying the job site with any necessary safety items such as traffic cones, pedestrian barriers, wet floor signs, caution tape and "closed for cleaning" signs. While a Socal Concrete Cleaners LLC technician is performing work on a residential property the homeowner will be responsible for keeping any small children and pets, as well as other individuals away from the "splash zone" or work area. 


Section IX: Job Scheduling

All projects are scheduled on a "first come first serve" basis. Socal Concrete Cleaners LLC should be notified at least 2 business days in advance If the customer would like to schedule a cleaning job for a specific time and date.  Sudden changes in weather such as rain or heavy winds may affect scheduling. Socal Concrete Cleaners LLC will work with the customer directly to discuss the best rescheduling options. 


Section X: Moving Customer Items

Removal and replacement of customer items such as bbq grills, deck furniture, patio chairs, outdoor tables, potted plants, custom outdoor lighting, televisions and any other items are the responsibility of the property owner or representative. Should a Socal Concrete Cleaners LLC technician need to remove and replace any customer items on the job site the customer will take full responsibility for any damages. Socal Concrete Cleaners LLC will not be held liable if items should be damaged during the job. Additional charges may be applied for time and labor devoted to the removal of large items. 


Section XI: Stain Removal

Socal Concrete Cleaners LLC does not guarantee the ability to completely remove any type of bad stain containing motor oil, transmission oil, diesel fuel, hydraulic fluid, gasoline,  grease, paint, tree sap, cooking grease, peanut oil and any other type of foreign contaminates. Socal Concrete Cleaners LLC is responsible for informing the customer about any "problem areas" or areas of concern around the job site. 


Section XII: Water Spotting

Any windows that are near the area getting power washed may get wet as a result of our services and the windows may become spotted when they dry. Unless the customer is purchasing window cleaning Socal Concrete Cleaners LLC will not be held liable for cleaning any windows. If any windows get splashed on while the pressure washing is taking place a Socal Concrete Cleaners LLC technician will thoroughly rinse down the window to remove any loose dirt or debris.
